1.Thank You, Jesus, for humbling Yourself by accepting to take on the flesh, in order to experience and appreciate what I am pass through, in the flesh.
2.I worship and adore You, Jesus for being tempted the way I am tempted, yet without sin.
3.Father, in anyway I have fallen short of your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus’ name.
4.Father, let every power responsible for lukewarmness and inconsistent spiritual progress, in my life, be crucified and destroyed, in Jesus’ name.

5.Father, please, purge and deliver me of my old habits and nature, that are hindering my spiritual growth and
6.Father, deliver me from all temptation coming my way. Give me the grace to overcome the trap of the evil one, in Jesus’ name.
7.Father, give me the grace to live a life of sacrifice, self-denial and to take up my cross daily, and follow You, in Jesus’ name.
8.Father, quicken my mortal body and spirit, and grant me accelerated spiritual progress and let no temptation decelerate my Christian life, in Jesus’s name.
9.Lord Jesus, You are my perfect example, please, help me to follow in Your footsteps, in Jesus’ name.
10.Father, please, make me to live this day, without committing a single sin, in Jesus’ name.
11.Father, perfect everything You have done for, and through Your son, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, in Jesus’ name.
