OPEN HEAVEN 28 JUNE 2022 TUESDAY: THE SHOUT OF PRAISE II

OPEN HEAVEN 28 JUNE 2022 MEMORIZE: Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Psalms 67:5

OPEN HEAVEN 28 JUNE 2022 BIBLE READING PSALMS 67:3-7

3. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.

4. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.

9. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.

6. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.

7. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

OPEN HEAVEN 28 JUNE 2022 MESSAGE

The Bible says that God is seeking those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24”

In other words, God is constantly seeking people who praise Him. When He finds them, He dwells with them as we learnt yesterday, inhabiting their praises (Psalms 22:3).

Psalms 16:11 says: “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” This means that after your praise has drawn God to you, you will also receive joy and many other pleasures that come with His presence.

There was a woman who had been married for many years without the fruit of the womb. She said she would normally shout seven hallelujahs, so people began to call her Sister Hallelujah.

One day, she decided against praying for a child. She said to herself, I don’t need one child, I need three, so she began to shout 21 hallelujah. Suddenly, the barrenness of 30 years was over and she gave birth to 3 children.

When you send a shout of praise to heaven, miracles come pouring down on you. Psalms 67:5-6Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”

Believe me honestly, when you come to God in prayer and just keep bombarding Him with requests, you are acting foolishly. Wise people know that when you come with praises, He will be the One asking you, What do you want? If you don’t believe me, ask Solomon (2 Chronicles 1:6-7). When you prioritize praising God above making requests, He will answer your prayers far beyond your expectations.

Fill your life with praises to the Almighty God and He will answer your prayers far beyond your expectations.

OPEN HEAVEN 28 JUNE 2022 HYMN

NOW THANK WE ALL OUR GOD

1. Now thank we all our God,
With hearts, and hands and voices;
Who wondrous things hath done,
In Whom His world rejoices;
Who, from our mother’s arms,
Hath bless’d us on our way
With countless gifts to love
And still is ours to-day.

2. O may this bounteous God
Through all our life be near us,
With ever-joyful hearts
And blessed peace to cheer us,
And keep us in His grace
And guide us when perplexed,
And free us from all ills
In this world and the next.

3. All praise and thanks to God
The Father now be given,
The Son, and Him who reigns
With them in the highest heaven
The One, Eternal God,
Whom earth and heaven adore;
For thus it was, is now,
And shall be evermore.

OPEN HEAVEN 17 JANUARY 2025 MESSAGE For every action or inaction, there are consequences. This is why you should consider it a great privilege when you have people around you who can correct you whenever you do something wrong so that you do not have to suffer terrible consequences.
