PRAYER POINTS FOR OPEN HEAVENS 12 DECEMBER 2023

 


Let’s Pray in Jesus’ name!

Heavenly Father, I am grateful for the salvation of my soul from eternal destruction in hell fire, and I thank You for the assurance of this salvation in Christ Jesus (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9).

Father, I plead for Your mercy to prevail over the judgment of sin in my life and household, just as Your Word assures us that mercy triumphs over judgment, in Jesus’ name (James 2:13).

Father, please uproot from my life anything that hinders my salvation, trusting in Your promise that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved, in Jesus’ name (Romans 10:13).

Father, as Your representative on earth, I seek Your grace to never bring shame, ridicule, disgrace, or dishonor to Your church or holy name, in Jesus’ name (1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 1 Peter 2:9).

Father, please count me worthy to be among the remnant that will be saved and see You in glory, in the mighty name of Jesus (Matthew 24:13).

Father, please release upon my life the grace to remain on the narrow path, trusting Your Word that wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and narrow is the gate and difficult is the way that leads to life, in the mighty name of Jesus (Matthew 7:13-14).

Father, please grant me the grace to endure and stand firm in the faith until the end, knowing that those who persevere will receive the crown of life, in the mighty name of Jesus (James 1:12; Revelation 2:10).

Father, empower me with the grace to guard my salvation jealously, working out my salvation with fear and trembling, as Your Word instructs us, in the mighty name of Jesus (Philippians 2:12).

Father, arise and frustrate every plan of the devil to lead me back into the world or cause me to backslide, as I stand firm against the schemes of the enemy, in the mighty name of Jesus (Ephesians 6:11-12).

Heavenly Father, I rest in Your promise that He who has begun a good work in me will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please deliver me and my household from ALL evil today, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please visit my situation (mention your personal challenges) with Your light and make a way where there seems to be no way, in Jesus’ name. (Isaiah 43:19)

Father, please uplift my nation (mention your country) and let Your peace reign in our lands, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please continue to give Your son, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and his household the grace to stand for You and continue to share edifying messages with Your children around the world, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.

Submit yourself and your personal petitions to God. Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you.
