OPEN HEAVEN 8 FEBRUARY 2021 MONDAY: A TIME TO FLEE 2

OPEN HEAVEN 8 FEBRUARY 2021 MEMORIZE: Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. Timothy 2:22

OPEN HEAVEN 8 FEBRUARY 2021 BIBLE READING GENESIS 39:7-12

7. And it came to pass after these things, that his master’s wife cast her eyes upon Joseph; and she said, Lie with me.

8. But he refused, and said unto his master’s wife, Behold, my master wotteth not what is with me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand;

9. There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife; how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?

10. And it came to pass, as she spake to Joseph day by day, that he hearkened not unto her, to lie by her, or to be with her.

11. And it came to pass about this time, that Joseph went into the house to do his business; and there was none of the men of the house there within.

12. And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me; and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out.

OPEN HEAVEN 8 FEBRUARY 2021 MESSAGE

Whatever you know or suspect will annoy God, run away from it.

For example, in Malachi 3:8-9 the Almighty God says that if you rob Him of His tithe. He would curse you.

If I were you, I would vehemently avoid a curse from God, because if God curses you Himself, who would cancel the curse? Don’t spend His tithe! Flee fornication.

Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. – (1 Corinthians 6:18)

In the above passage, it says clearly that you must flee fornication.

God said if the devil comes against you, resist him and he will flee (James 4:7), but when you find someone who wants to lead you into fornication, don’t wait to fight, flee!.

In Genesis 39:7-15, when the wife of Potiphar tried to get Joseph to commit adultery with her, the Bible says that Joseph fled.

You must flee fornication because the Bible says that when someone has been committing sin for long and God says “This fellow has become an abomination; I want to destroy Him”, He will arrange for the fellow to commit adultery.

Once he commits adultery, he is finished.

The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: he that is abhorred of the LORD shall fall therein. – (Proverbs 22:14)

Therefore, whenever you are beginning to feel tempted to commit adultery or fornication, you should cry to God and say “Lord, what have I done to become an abomination to you? Please forgive me” then flee whatever was drawing you to sexual immorality in the first place.

The wife of one of my Pastors once reported to me that her husband’s secretary had been cooking and bringing him meals in the office every day.

I sent for the man and he confirmed his wife’s report. I said “Go back and sack that secretary”.

He did, but then reemployed her two weeks later. When I heard, I told him “You are about to destroy yourself”.

Before long, the man and his secretary a married woman went to start their own Church.

Soon after, the secretary chased him out of the Church that they both founded.

After that, her husband discovered that two of their sons were the biological children of the so-called Pastor – her former boss.

In short, everything started to go down for the man when he refused to flee the source of adultery.

It does not matter how hard it is: flee fornication so that you would not be destroyed.

OPEN HEAVEN 8 FEBRUARY 2021 KEY POINT

Adultery and fornication are not things to joke with at all. If you have ever done it in the past, cry to God today to forgive you.

OPEN HEAVEN 8 FEBRUARY 2021 HYMN

HAVE YOU BEEN TO JESUS FOR THE CLEANSING POWER?

1. Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

REFRAIN:
Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless?
Are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

2. Are you walking daily by the Saviour’s side?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Do you rest each moment in the Crucified?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

3. When the Bridegroom cometh will your robes be white?
Pure and white in the blood of the Lamb?
Will your soul be ready for the mansions bright,
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?

4. Lay aside the garments that are stained with sin,
And be washed in the blood of the Lamb;
There’s a fountain flowing for the soul unclean,
O be washed in the blood of the Lamb!

SUNDAY, 15TH SEPTEMBER. LET THE WORD CONTROL YOUR VALUES

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES SUNDAY, 15TH SEPTEMBER. LET THE WORD CONTROL YOUR VALUES For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (Romans 8:6). When the Bible talks about the carnal mind, it doesn’t mean a sinful mind per se, even though the carnal mind is prone to sin. A carnal mind means a mind that’s ordinary; of mere human understanding; just normal human life The person who’s carnally-minded, even though he’s born again, reasons and acts like the natural man. He lives according to the senses. He’s more attuned to, and concerned about the things of the flesh. The Word and the spiritual realities of the Kingdom hardly get his attention. Now, the Bible tells us that to live that way is enmity against God (Romans 8:7); meaning that the carnal Christian walks at cross-purposes with God. He’s not ruled by or subject to the Word of God; a state that leads to death—separation from everything gracious and divine!...

WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE 2019 THEME: THE DANGER OF FRUITLESSNESS.

OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL DATE: WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE 2019 THEME: THE DANGER OF FRUITLESSNESS. MEMORISE: Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. John 15:2 READ: Luke 13:6-9 6 He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. 7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? 8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: 9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down. MESSAGE “Be fruitful” is the very first statement God made to mankind. This statement was pronounced both as a blessing and command. It is therefore obvious that fruitfulness is the heartbeat...
