Sunday 22, Jan 2017 - A Thousand Times More

A Thousand Times More
Today's Scripture:
"May the Lord, the God of your ancestors, increase you a thousand times..."
Deuteronomy 1:11, NIV

Today's Word:
Can you imagine being a thousand times more blessed than you are? That might seem a little challenging to wrap your mind around.
But that’s God’s dream for you—to increase you, promote you, and pour out His favor on you. It doesn’t just mean material things—it means a thousand times more joy, a thousand times more peace, and a thousand times more wisdom.

Scripture talks about how you’ll live in houses that you didn’t build. You’ll reap from vineyards that you didn’t plant. What does that mean? There may be people who have gone before you, your ancestors, who prayed and believed. They sowed good seeds, but the fact is, they didn’t see the increase and favor that you’re seeing today. What happened? They paid the price for you. They stayed faithful, and now the Lord God of your fathers is increasing you. He is showing you unusual, extraordinary favor.

Today, keep your heart and mind open for what God wants to do in your life. He wants to bless you and increase you beyond what you could ever imagine. When you believe His Word, your faith in Him activates His promises. Receive His Word and tap into the blessing He has for you!

Prayer for Today:
"God, thank You for Your goodness, grace and mercy on me. I choose to receive Your Word by faith today, knowing that You have good things in store for me. Thank You for moving on my behalf and leading me into the abundant life You have prepared in Jesus’ name. Amen."

SUNDAY, 15TH SEPTEMBER. LET THE WORD CONTROL YOUR VALUES

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES SUNDAY, 15TH SEPTEMBER. LET THE WORD CONTROL YOUR VALUES For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (Romans 8:6). When the Bible talks about the carnal mind, it doesn’t mean a sinful mind per se, even though the carnal mind is prone to sin. A carnal mind means a mind that’s ordinary; of mere human understanding; just normal human life The person who’s carnally-minded, even though he’s born again, reasons and acts like the natural man. He lives according to the senses. He’s more attuned to, and concerned about the things of the flesh. The Word and the spiritual realities of the Kingdom hardly get his attention. Now, the Bible tells us that to live that way is enmity against God (Romans 8:7); meaning that the carnal Christian walks at cross-purposes with God. He’s not ruled by or subject to the Word of God; a state that leads to death—separation from everything gracious and divine!...

OPEN HEAVEN 21 OCTOBER 2025 TUESDAY: THE LORD IS MY PEACE OPEN HEAVEN 21 OCTOBER 2025 MEMORISE: “ And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 OPEN HEAVEN 21 OCTOBER 2025 BIBLE READING: ACTS 27:7-44 (KJV) 7. And when we had sailed slowly many days, and scarce were come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone; 8. And, hardly passing it, came unto a place which is called The fair havens; nigh whereunto was the city of Lasea. 9. Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Paul admonished them, 10. And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives. 11. Nevertheless the centurion believed the master and the owner of the ship, more than those things which were spoken by Paul. ...
