OPEN HEAVEN 24 DECEMBER 2019 TUESDAY THE PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT
OPEN HEAVEN 24 DECEMBER 2019 MEMORISE: But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. – (Romans 8:11)
OPEN HEAVEN 24 DECEMBER 2019 READ: EPHESIANS 1:11-14 (KJV)
11. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will;
12. That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14. Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
OPEN HEAVEN 24 DECEMBER 2019 MESSAGE WITH HYMN, PRAYER POINTS, DAILY DECLARATIONS AND BIBLE READING
Good Morning Beloved,
When our Lord Jesus Christ was leaving earth, He promised that He would send us a Comforter who would teach us all things (John 14:26).
That Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, came on a certain day of Pentecost, and He has been with the Body of Christ ever since then (Acts 2). The Lord sent Him to serve as His representative in our lives, and His ministry in us is so invaluable.
His presence in a man’s life is transformative and empowering, so much so that those who don’t have Him or who are not full of His presence do not know what they are missing. He is such a precious partner in accomplishing the will of God for our lives in this world.
When a person becomes born again, the fellow suddenly begins to feel an unusual peace within. That is the effect of the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit in that person also begins to sound an alarm whenever he or she is about to commit a sin.
Such a fellow has a choice to either ignore this warning or take heed. If you are a child of God, I am sure you experience this whenever you are about to commit a sin.
My advise is that you yield to His warning, because the Holy Spirit can be displaced from a person’s heart. If you often ignore His voice, you will soon realize that you cannot hear Him anymore.
If you continue living in sin, He will leave and other spirits will take His place (Matthew 12:43-45). May you never experience this in Jesus’ Name.
Not only does the Holy Spirit help us to live a holy life, He also teaches and helps us to pray (Romans 8:26). Prayer is a way of communicating with our heavenly Father, your relationship with Him will become strained, and you will soon find yourself doing things that are contrary to His will.
Hence, it is important to pray regularly. However, many Christians would rather talk about prayer than pray. The Holy Spirit always nudges us to pray. Whenever you feel this nudge, please go to a separate place and pray.
Sometimes, it’s not that you don’t want to pray, you just don’t know what to say when you start. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you in such moments. Lastly, what distinguishes our lives as Christians is the fruit of our character.
The Holy Spirit influences our character through the manifestation of His fruit in our lives (Galatians 5:22-23). He helps us to live a life filled with love, joy, faith, patience, peace, gentleness, goodness, meekness and temperance.
Consciously cultivate a relationship with Him and He will manifest more of His precious works in your life.

OPEN HEAVEN 24 DECEMBER 2019 HYMNAL: HYMN 11 – WHEN THE POWER OF GOD
1. When the power of God descended
On the day of Pentecost
All the days of waiting ended
They received the Holy Ghost
CHORUS:
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
And baptize every one
2. Tongues of flame came down upon them
And they preach’d the word in pow’r
Listening multitudes awakened
Turn’d to God that very hour
CHORUS:
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
And baptize every one
3. We are waiting Holy Spirit
We are all of one accord
Lord fulfil just now the promise
That is given in Thy word
CHORUS:
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
And baptize every one
4. Fill and thrill us with Thy presence
Grant the blessing that we need
Flood our souls with wondrous glory
While the pray’r of faith we plead.
CHORUS:
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
O Lord send Thy pow’r just now
And baptize every one
OPEN HEAVEN 24 DECEMBER 2019 BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: PROVERBS 23-25, ZECHARIAH 11:15-12:9
PROVERBS 23-25 KING JAMES VERSION (KJV)
CHAPTER 23
1 WHEN THOU SITTEST TO EAT WITH A RULER, CONSIDER DILIGENTLY WHAT IS BEFORE THEE:
2 AND PUT A KNIFE TO THY THROAT, IF THOU BE A MAN GIVEN TO APPETITE.
3 BE NOT DESIROUS OF HIS DAINTIES: FOR THEY ARE DECEITFUL MEAT.
4 LABOUR NOT TO BE RICH: CEASE FROM THINE OWN WISDOM.
5 WILT THOU SET THINE EYES UPON THAT WHICH IS NOT? FOR RICHES CERTAINLY MAKE THEMSELVES WINGS; THEY FLY AWAY AS AN EAGLE TOWARD HEAVEN.
6 EAT THOU NOT THE BREAD OF HIM THAT HATH AN EVIL EYE, NEITHER DESIRE THOU HIS DAINTY MEATS:
7 FOR AS HE THINKETH IN HIS HEART, SO IS HE: EAT AND DRINK, SAITH HE TO THEE; BUT HIS HEART IS NOT WITH THEE.
8 THE MORSEL WHICH THOU HAST EATEN SHALT THOU VOMIT UP, AND LOSE THY SWEET WORDS.
9 SPEAK NOT IN THE EARS OF A FOOL: FOR HE WILL DESPISE THE WISDOM OF THY WORDS.
10 REMOVE NOT THE OLD LANDMARK; AND ENTER NOT INTO THE FIELDS OF THE FATHERLESS:
11 FOR THEIR REDEEMER IS MIGHTY; HE SHALL PLEAD THEIR CAUSE WITH THEE.
12 APPLY THINE HEART UNTO INSTRUCTION, AND THINE EARS TO THE WORDS OF KNOWLEDGE.
13 WITHHOLD NOT CORRECTION FROM THE CHILD: FOR IF THOU BEATEST HIM WITH THE ROD, HE SHALL NOT DIE.
14 THOU SHALT BEAT HIM WITH THE ROD, AND SHALT DELIVER HIS SOUL FROM HELL.
15 MY SON, IF THINE HEART BE WISE, MY HEART SHALL REJOICE, EVEN MINE.
16 YEA, MY REINS SHALL REJOICE, WHEN THY LIPS SPEAK RIGHT THINGS.
17 LET NOT THINE HEART ENVY SINNERS: BUT BE THOU IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD ALL THE DAY LONG.
18 FOR SURELY THERE IS AN END; AND THINE EXPECTATION SHALL NOT BE CUT OFF.
19 HEAR THOU, MY SON, AND BE WISE, AND GUIDE THINE HEART IN THE WAY.
20 BE NOT AMONG WINEBIBBERS; AMONG RIOTOUS EATERS OF FLESH:
21 FOR THE DRUNKARD AND THE GLUTTON SHALL COME TO POVERTY: AND DROWSINESS SHALL CLOTHE A MAN WITH RAGS.
22 HEARKEN UNTO THY FATHER THAT BEGAT THEE, AND DESPISE NOT THY MOTHER WHEN SHE IS OLD.
23 BUY THE TRUTH, AND SELL IT NOT; ALSO WISDOM, AND INSTRUCTION, AND UNDERSTANDING.
24 THE FATHER OF THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL GREATLY REJOICE: AND HE THAT BEGETTETH A WISE CHILD SHALL HAVE JOY OF HIM.
25 THY FATHER AND THY MOTHER SHALL BE GLAD, AND SHE THAT BARE THEE SHALL REJOICE.
26 MY SON, GIVE ME THINE HEART, AND LET THINE EYES OBSERVE MY WAYS.
27 FOR A WHORE IS A DEEP DITCH; AND A STRANGE WOMAN IS A NARROW PIT.
28 SHE ALSO LIETH IN WAIT AS FOR A PREY, AND INCREASETH THE TRANSGRESSORS AMONG MEN.
29 WHO HATH WOE? WHO HATH SORROW? WHO HATH CONTENTIONS? WHO HATH BABBLING? WHO HATH WOUNDS WITHOUT CAUSE? WHO HATH REDNESS OF EYES?
30 THEY THAT TARRY LONG AT THE WINE; THEY THAT GO TO SEEK MIXED WINE.
31 LOOK NOT THOU UPON THE WINE WHEN IT IS RED, WHEN IT GIVETH HIS COLOUR IN THE CUP, WHEN IT MOVETH ITSELF ARIGHT.
32 AT THE LAST IT BITETH LIKE A SERPENT, AND STINGETH LIKE AN ADDER.
33 THINE EYES SHALL BEHOLD STRANGE WOMEN, AND THINE HEART SHALL UTTER PERVERSE THINGS.
34 YEA, THOU SHALT BE AS HE THAT LIETH DOWN IN THE MIDST OF THE SEA, OR AS HE THAT LIETH UPON THE TOP OF A MAST.
35 THEY HAVE STRICKEN ME, SHALT THOU SAY, AND I WAS NOT SICK; THEY HAVE BEATEN ME, AND I FELT IT NOT: WHEN SHALL I AWAKE? I WILL SEEK IT YET AGAIN.
CHAPTER 24
1 BE NOT THOU ENVIOUS AGAINST EVIL MEN, NEITHER DESIRE TO BE WITH THEM.
2 FOR THEIR HEART STUDIETH DESTRUCTION, AND THEIR LIPS TALK OF MISCHIEF.
3 THROUGH WISDOM IS AN HOUSE BUILDED; AND BY UNDERSTANDING IT IS ESTABLISHED:
4 AND BY KNOWLEDGE SHALL THE CHAMBERS BE FILLED WITH ALL PRECIOUS AND PLEASANT RICHES.
5 A WISE MAN IS STRONG; YEA, A MAN OF KNOWLEDGE INCREASETH STRENGTH.
6 FOR BY WISE COUNSEL THOU SHALT MAKE THY WAR: AND IN MULTITUDE OF COUNSELLORS THERE IS SAFETY.
7 WISDOM IS TOO HIGH FOR A FOOL: HE OPENETH NOT HIS MOUTH IN THE GATE.
8 HE THAT DEVISETH TO DO EVIL SHALL BE CALLED A MISCHIEVOUS PERSON.
9 THE THOUGHT OF FOOLISHNESS IS SIN: AND THE SCORNER IS AN ABOMINATION TO MEN.
10 IF THOU FAINT IN THE DAY OF ADVERSITY, THY STRENGTH IS SMALL.
11 IF THOU FORBEAR TO DELIVER THEM THAT ARE DRAWN UNTO DEATH, AND THOSE THAT ARE READY TO BE SLAIN;
12 IF THOU SAYEST, BEHOLD, WE KNEW IT NOT; DOTH NOT HE THAT PONDERETH THE HEART CONSIDER IT? AND HE THAT KEEPETH THY SOUL, DOTH NOT HE KNOW IT? AND SHALL NOT HE RENDER TO EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS WORKS?
13 MY SON, EAT THOU HONEY, BECAUSE IT IS GOOD; AND THE HONEYCOMB, WHICH IS SWEET TO THY TASTE:
14 SO SHALL THE KNOWLEDGE OF WISDOM BE UNTO THY SOUL: WHEN THOU HAST FOUND IT, THEN THERE SHALL BE A REWARD, AND THY EXPECTATION SHALL NOT BE CUT OFF.
15 LAY NOT WAIT, O WICKED MAN, AGAINST THE DWELLING OF THE RIGHTEOUS; SPOIL NOT HIS RESTING PLACE:
16 FOR A JUST MAN FALLETH SEVEN TIMES, AND RISETH UP AGAIN: BUT THE WICKED SHALL FALL INTO MISCHIEF.
17 REJOICE NOT WHEN THINE ENEMY FALLETH, AND LET NOT THINE HEART BE GLAD WHEN HE STUMBLETH:
18 LEST THE LORD SEE IT, AND IT DISPLEASE HIM, AND HE TURN AWAY HIS WRATH FROM HIM.
19 FRET NOT THYSELF BECAUSE OF EVIL MEN, NEITHER BE THOU ENVIOUS AT THE WICKED:
20 FOR THERE SHALL BE NO REWARD TO THE EVIL MAN; THE CANDLE OF THE WICKED SHALL BE PUT OUT.
21 MY SON, FEAR THOU THE LORD AND THE KING: AND MEDDLE NOT WITH THEM THAT ARE GIVEN TO CHANGE:
22 FOR THEIR CALAMITY SHALL RISE SUDDENLY; AND WHO KNOWETH THE RUIN OF THEM BOTH?
23 THESE THINGS ALSO BELONG TO THE WISE. IT IS NOT GOOD TO HAVE RESPECT OF PERSONS IN JUDGMENT.
24 HE THAT SAITH UNTO THE WICKED, THOU ARE RIGHTEOUS; HIM SHALL THE PEOPLE CURSE, NATIONS SHALL ABHOR HIM:
25 BUT TO THEM THAT REBUKE HIM SHALL BE DELIGHT, AND A GOOD BLESSING SHALL COME UPON THEM.
26 EVERY MAN SHALL KISS HIS LIPS THAT GIVETH A RIGHT ANSWER.
27 PREPARE THY WORK WITHOUT, AND MAKE IT FIT FOR THYSELF IN THE FIELD; AND AFTERWARDS BUILD THINE HOUSE.
28 BE NOT A WITNESS AGAINST THY NEIGHBOUR WITHOUT CAUSE; AND DECEIVE NOT WITH THY LIPS.
29 SAY NOT, I WILL DO SO TO HIM AS HE HATH DONE TO ME: I WILL RENDER TO THE MAN ACCORDING TO HIS WORK.
30 I WENT BY THE FIELD OF THE SLOTHFUL, AND BY THE VINEYARD OF THE MAN VOID OF UNDERSTANDING;
31 AND, LO, IT WAS ALL GROWN OVER WITH THORNS, AND NETTLES HAD COVERED THE FACE THEREOF, AND THE STONE WALL THEREOF WAS BROKEN DOWN.
32 THEN I SAW, AND CONSIDERED IT WELL: I LOOKED UPON IT, AND RECEIVED INSTRUCTION.
33 YET A LITTLE SLEEP, A LITTLE SLUMBER, A LITTLE FOLDING OF THE HANDS TO SLEEP:
34 SO SHALL THY POVERTY COME AS ONE THAT TRAVELLETH; AND THY WANT AS AN ARMED MAN.
CHAPTER 25
1 THESE ARE ALSO PROVERBS OF SOLOMON, WHICH THE MEN OF HEZEKIAH KING OF JUDAH COPIED OUT.
2 IT IS THE GLORY OF GOD TO CONCEAL A THING: BUT THE HONOUR OF KINGS IS TO SEARCH OUT A MATTER.
3 THE HEAVEN FOR HEIGHT, AND THE EARTH FOR DEPTH, AND THE HEART OF KINGS IS UNSEARCHABLE.
4 TAKE AWAY THE DROSS FROM THE SILVER, AND THERE SHALL COME FORTH A VESSEL FOR THE FINER.
5 TAKE AWAY THE WICKED FROM BEFORE THE KING, AND HIS THRONE SHALL BE ESTABLISHED IN RIGHTEOUSNESS.
6 PUT NOT FORTH THYSELF IN THE PRESENCE OF THE KING, AND STAND NOT IN THE PLACE OF GREAT MEN:
7 FOR BETTER IT IS THAT IT BE SAID UNTO THEE, COME UP HITHER; THAN THAT THOU SHOULDEST BE PUT LOWER IN THE PRESENCE OF THE PRINCE WHOM THINE EYES HAVE SEEN.
8 GO NOT FORTH HASTILY TO STRIVE, LEST THOU KNOW NOT WHAT TO DO IN THE END THEREOF, WHEN THY NEIGHBOUR HATH PUT THEE TO SHAME.
9 DEBATE THY CAUSE WITH THY NEIGHBOUR HIMSELF; AND DISCOVER NOT A SECRET TO ANOTHER:
10 LEST HE THAT HEARETH IT PUT THEE TO SHAME, AND THINE INFAMY TURN NOT AWAY.
11 A WORD FITLY SPOKEN IS LIKE APPLES OF GOLD IN PICTURES OF SILVER.
12 AS AN EARRING OF GOLD, AND AN ORNAMENT OF FINE GOLD, SO IS A WISE REPROVER UPON AN OBEDIENT EAR.
13 AS THE COLD OF SNOW IN THE TIME OF HARVEST, SO IS A FAITHFUL MESSENGER TO THEM THAT SEND HIM: FOR HE REFRESHETH THE SOUL OF HIS MASTERS.
14 WHOSO BOASTETH HIMSELF OF A FALSE GIFT IS LIKE CLOUDS AND WIND WITHOUT RAIN.
15 BY LONG FORBEARING IS A PRINCE PERSUADED, AND A SOFT TONGUE BREAKETH THE BONE.
16 HAST THOU FOUND HONEY? EAT SO MUCH AS IS SUFFICIENT FOR THEE, LEST THOU BE FILLED THEREWITH, AND VOMIT IT.
17 WITHDRAW THY FOOT FROM THY NEIGHBOUR’S HOUSE; LEST HE BE WEARY OF THEE, AND SO HATE THEE.
18 A MAN THAT BEARETH FALSE WITNESS AGAINST HIS NEIGHBOUR IS A MAUL, AND A SWORD, AND A SHARP ARROW.
19 CONFIDENCE IN AN UNFAITHFUL MAN IN TIME OF TROUBLE IS LIKE A BROKEN TOOTH, AND A FOOT OUT OF JOINT.
20 AS HE THAT TAKETH AWAY A GARMENT IN COLD WEATHER, AND AS VINEGAR UPON NITRE, SO IS HE THAT SINGETH SONGS TO AN HEAVY HEART.
21 IF THINE ENEMY BE HUNGRY, GIVE HIM BREAD TO EAT; AND IF HE BE THIRSTY, GIVE HIM WATER TO DRINK:
22 FOR THOU SHALT HEAP COALS OF FIRE UPON HIS HEAD, AND THE LORD SHALL REWARD THEE.
23 THE NORTH WIND DRIVETH AWAY RAIN: SO DOTH AN ANGRY COUNTENANCE A BACKBITING TONGUE.
24 IT IS BETTER TO DWELL IN THE CORNER OF THE HOUSETOP, THAN WITH A BRAWLING WOMAN AND IN A WIDE HOUSE.
25 AS COLD WATERS TO A THIRSTY SOUL, SO IS GOOD NEWS FROM A FAR COUNTRY.
26 A RIGHTEOUS MAN FALLING DOWN BEFORE THE WICKED IS AS A TROUBLED FOUNTAIN, AND A CORRUPT SPRING.
27 IT IS NOT GOOD TO EAT MUCH HONEY: SO FOR MEN TO SEARCH THEIR OWN GLORY IS NOT GLORY.
28 HE THAT HATH NO RULE OVER HIS OWN SPIRIT IS LIKE A CITY THAT IS BROKEN DOWN, AND WITHOUT WALLS.
ZECHARIAH 11:15-12:9 KING JAMES VERSION
15 AND THE LORD SAID UNTO ME, TAKE UNTO THEE YET THE INSTRUMENTS OF A FOOLISH SHEPHERD.
16 FOR, LO, I WILL RAISE UP A SHEPHERD IN THE LAND, WHICH SHALL NOT VISIT THOSE THAT BE CUT OFF, NEITHER SHALL SEEK THE YOUNG ONE, NOR HEAL THAT THAT IS BROKEN, NOR FEED THAT THAT STANDETH STILL: BUT HE SHALL EAT THE FLESH OF THE FAT, AND TEAR THEIR CLAWS IN PIECES.
17 WOE TO THE IDOL SHEPHERD THAT LEAVETH THE FLOCK! THE SWORD SHALL BE UPON HIS ARM, AND UPON HIS RIGHT EYE: HIS ARM SHALL BE CLEAN DRIED UP, AND HIS RIGHT EYE SHALL BE UTTERLY DARKENED.
CHAPTER 12
1 THE BURDEN OF THE WORD OF THE LORD FOR ISRAEL, SAITH THE LORD, WHICH STRETCHETH FORTH THE HEAVENS, AND LAYETH THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH, AND FORMETH THE SPIRIT OF MAN WITHIN HIM.
2 BEHOLD, I WILL MAKE JERUSALEM A CUP OF TREMBLING UNTO ALL THE PEOPLE ROUND ABOUT, WHEN THEY SHALL BE IN THE SIEGE BOTH AGAINST JUDAH AND AGAINST JERUSALEM.
3 AND IN THAT DAY WILL I MAKE JERUSALEM A BURDENSOME STONE FOR ALL PEOPLE: ALL THAT BURDEN THEMSELVES WITH IT SHALL BE CUT IN PIECES, THOUGH ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE EARTH BE GATHERED TOGETHER AGAINST IT.
4 IN THAT DAY, SAITH THE LORD, I WILL SMITE EVERY HORSE WITH ASTONISHMENT, AND HIS RIDER WITH MADNESS: AND I WILL OPEN MINE EYES UPON THE HOUSE OF JUDAH, AND WILL SMITE EVERY HORSE OF THE PEOPLE WITH BLINDNESS.
5 AND THE GOVERNORS OF JUDAH SHALL SAY IN THEIR HEART, THE INHABITANTS OF JERUSALEM SHALL BE MY STRENGTH IN THE LORD OF HOSTS THEIR GOD.
6 IN THAT DAY WILL I MAKE THE GOVERNORS OF JUDAH LIKE AN HEARTH OF FIRE AMONG THE WOOD, AND LIKE A TORCH OF FIRE IN A SHEAF; AND THEY SHALL DEVOUR ALL THE PEOPLE ROUND ABOUT, ON THE RIGHT HAND AND ON THE LEFT: AND JERUSALEM SHALL BE INHABITED AGAIN IN HER OWN PLACE, EVEN IN JERUSALEM.
7 THE LORD ALSO SHALL SAVE THE TENTS OF JUDAH FIRST, THAT THE GLORY OF THE HOUSE OF DAVID AND THE GLORY OF THE INHABITANTS OF JERUSALEM DO NOT MAGNIFY THEMSELVES AGAINST JUDAH.
8 IN THAT DAY SHALL THE LORD DEFEND THE INHABITANTS OF JERUSALEM; AND HE THAT IS FEEBLE AMONG THEM AT THAT DAY SHALL BE AS DAVID; AND THE HOUSE OF DAVID SHALL BE AS GOD, AS THE ANGEL OF THE LORD BEFORE THEM.
9 AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS IN THAT DAY, THAT I WILL SEEK TO DESTROY ALL THE NATIONS THAT COME AGAINST JERUSALEM.
